Abstract

If we look at the number of maternal and infant deaths and the coverage of health services, it is still very far from the desired achievement target. Moreover, there are cases of stunting which are currently on the rise. Midwives have an important role in reducing maternal and infant mortality in an area by the mother can go through the process fine or in a normal condition. The aim is to provide midwifery care was carried out starting from gestation age 34 weeks 5 days until the birth of her second child with BW 3000 grams, PB 48 cm, gender Woman. The postpartum and neonate providing comprehensive midwifery care. This midwifery care is expected to minimize complications that occur during pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum, neonates and family planning. So that progressed normally and the contraception used was an implant. Conclusion: Comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs "R" was carried out according to standards of care with normal results without any complications.comprehensive care to Mrs "R" aged 19 years from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, and contraceptive services.
